Cooking Class Zanzibar

Since cooking classes are getting recognition and also in great demand now, to ensure that we able to offer services fairly to all interested customers  and to avoid unnecessary cancellations  we do ask clients to pay a deposit to secure their booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not able to attend your booked cooking class, we request that all cancellations be communicated by phone or email. The deposit or full payment is fully refundable if Cooking Classes in Tangawizi receives your cancellation notice 24 hrs prior to the confirmed cooking class. If you book a cooking class and fail to notify us within 24hrs , the deposit is non-refundable and you will be obliged to pay full amount.

 If a client(s) checks-in for the confirmed class and needs to leave during the lesson , the full payment will be collected from her/him.

When the client/s  fail to keep time agreed , automatically is regarded as a  breaching of agreement, to avoid cancellation its advised to call as early as possible for new arrangement.otherwise no compensation is provided.
